I focus upon solutions to stress and transforming our response to it.  

Through my integrative programs, I teach people to change the way they respond to stress.  They learn effective, simple techniques that improve their professional and personal lives. I’ve seen people who were virtually paralyzed by job-related stress release anxiety and approach their jobs with renewed confidence and motivation.  I want to do the same for you.

During my legal and business careers, I experienced my own share of workplace stress and became well-acquainted with its negative effects.   Based on my own experience with meditation-based stress management and my training in those subjects, I know how to overcome stress and become centered, focused, and better able to perform my job.  The combination of my business and legal backgrounds with my years teaching stress management and meditation serve as my unique qualifications for this work. 

I work with my clients to tailor my programs to their needs.  I work with people in small and large businesses, from solopreneurs to sales teams, warehouse workers to executives, students to faculty and administration, in a variety of industries, the legal profession, and in higher education.

I offer cost-effective programs that employ effective, clinically-proven methods to retrain our bodies and minds and change the way we respond to stress. Meditation is an integral part of my programs. I provide my clients with a “toolbox” of methods to confront stress.  These techniques help people to release stress while improving concentration and focus, stimulating creativity, improving relationships, and promoting a greater sense of overall well-being.
